Radical self-care and diversity: My Journey to true fulfillment
Hi, I’m Jennifer Campbell, Founder and CEO of Soul Star, and
with over 30 years of experience in systemic change and leadership, I’ve helped thousands of leaders transform their lives.
But navigating race, gender, and neurodiversity, I’ve faced the unique challenge of finding spaces where I could be both professionally successful and personally fulfilled.
Despite achieving significant career milestones, I often felt disconnected from true joy. The constant balancing act left me wondering, “Where can I be my authentic self and thrive?” That’s when I discovered the power of radical self-care—prioritizing my own well-being first. This practice allowed me to align with my true self, hack systems that weren't meant for me, and unlock a deeper level of energy, clarity, and fulfillment.
I created Soul Star to help other visionary women, especially those from diverse backgrounds, do the same. My mission is to empower you to lead with strength, embrace your diversity, and live a life that makes your soul sing. Through my MasterSoul© mastermind, I combine the principles of radical self-care with leadership strategies, helping you balance extraordinary success with personal fulfillment.

After filling out your application form, which includes booking a call, you will be able to speak to one of our team members. Your time as well as ours are important to us. During the call we will establish whether we are a good fit and if you are eligible to join our upcoming MasterSoul© mastermind cohort.

What are session dates and times?
The dates below are preliminary dates:
Program start and orientation call: Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 1 PM EST / 7 PM CET.
The first mastermind session will take place on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 1 PM EST / 7 PM CET.
Mastermind Sessions will be held on the last Thursday of each month from 1-4 PM EST / 7-10 PM CET, except for July and December.
Expert sessions and 1:1 session dates are to be determined.
